This week saw a myriad of discussion break out over the potential inclusion of an alias, the extremely beloved Homosexual Octopus.

A great deal of posters made impassioned pleas begging for the gay fish (sp?) to be entered or not entered.

We can now reveal the result following a meeting at the advisory board. The panel reviewed all documents and decided that the song which was entered under the guise of an alias was, in fact, too much of a complete bop and therefore was a real contender to win. Had the song gone on to win it would have threatened the foundations of the competition we hold so dear. By way of compromise, this rejected submission will be performing at the Grand Final as part of the interval act. We trust that this resolves the matter satisfactorily, and is perhaps a landmark ruling for future similar cases.

Now, onto the last villain of Semi Final 2, and the competition...
