Hugh Jackman played his role perfectly. His quiet intensity was the perfect foil to Deadpool’s mania and made the whole thing funnier.

Yeah I loved the scene near the beginning when Wolverine reads Deadpool for filth.

Also, out of all the 'forgotten' characters, I was so happy to see they went with Elektra and Blade. Didn't think we'd ever see them again.

Channing Tatum. This was like he was finally getting to play his dream role after more than a decade of false starts. The look was spot on comic-wise, how he delivered his lines and the fighting scenes, omg make him part of the MCU, please.

Obviously the best bit was two extra queens holding hands as Like a Prayer Drama Remix played in the background. It made me regret that I never had an overblown world-ending hook-up with @Suedehead

I found it more of the same really. Occasionally amusing but never actually funny. Hugh didn't add much, but at least he balanced out Reynolds.

The entire MCU probably needs taking out back and shooting at this point.

Agreed. It was very ‘heh’ and even a little tiresome (Reynolds incredibly so). I understand why people will enjoy it though.

It was okay. I think they missed an opportunity to not include The Green Lantern in the void but maybe some sort of rights issue or it would be just too confusing as the majority of audiences don't really remember that film at all?
