Semi One I do reckon Iceland will be considered accessible yet disposable enough to work as an opener despite the non-English.
Closing seems like either Belgium or Cyprus would be the obvious choices, unless they throw the Netherlands an apology slot after last year, but I don't think that's how they roll. I've gone Cyprus because I like the idea of a particularly male and noisy heat ending with a leather clad twink going "SHHHH!"
Semi Two I'm fairly confident Ireland will open. It's fluffy, family friendly, and they probably don't want to kick off with something as sexualised as Milkshake Man.
The second half is largely a case of what do you do with a problem like Israel? They'll probably be hyper-conscious of avoiding putting it alongside anything that might cause complaint (such as before or after KANT

) . There's quite a few ballads to distribute, but also some big performance numbers. I suspect they'll just race through Georgia and Israel using the inoffensive fan service entries from Luxembourg and Denmark as ballasts to keep the vibes from dipping too far south.
Malta or Finland will surely close that semi. Finland have closed a semi final relatively recently and Malta are one of the big curiosities this year so I've plumped for them.
