On running order...I think I'd open with YIHAA or Scarlet and close with Bara bada bastu. Reckon they're gonna whack Maja on second again and have Måns 7th or 11th. Hope Klara doesn't get buried early.

Also this year's final is the first since 2009 to be majority female.

I can’t believe how uninvolved I feel this year when I’m going to be there next week.

It does feel like they've set that running order up especially for Mans to stand out.

Last year M&M it were so nailed on, the only worthwhile bet was on who would come second. This year while I assume Måns will get it as expected, I do hold hope there'll be a surprise victory elsewhere, possibly from Greczula (though he seems to have been (purposefully???) buried in the running order), or KAJ which I would love.

Yes I thought they might have given Greczula a better slot to try to keep it interesting.

Tickets for the final at the Swedish church now ONSALE if huns are planning on coming along!

Mildly surprised that they’ve buried Greczula as he seems the only plausible competition, I guess they’re actively wanting a Måns landslide. Unless it’s all been hiding in plain sight all along and it’ll be Saga :eyes:

If the options are Mans and Grezcula, I'm fully team Mans.

Obviously it’s not going to win, but I am interested to see how Meira performs next week. Is a top 5 finish feasible? It seems to have momentum and last night surely helped that further.

I think Sweden will get their traditional gameface on and she'll finish lower-middle. It'd actually probably do well at Eurovision in such a male-heavy year, but I doubt the Swedish publiken will think that way.

It's definitely been a good year for new talent. Last year, 9 out of the 12 finalists had been in the final before and Jacqline was the only newbie to make it without the "second chance" element. This year, it's 5 out of 12 (or 4, if you count Erik as a solo artist seperately). But, I imagine we'll see the likes of Saga, Meira, Greczula, Arwin, Ella etc again for sure and it's good to have some new "breakout" names.

I'm pleased I won't be in Stockholm this year with this line-up. I really am not bothered about a single song this year.

Lithuania one of the international juries for the first time, and Princ getting some stealth promo as spokesperson for Serbia

Now there’s no UK jury, do we know what happened to Simon Proctor? Is mother still in the chest freezer?

Is there still hope for a no Mans victory? 🙏 Surely not John Lundvik :eyes:
