Won’t it just be the usual home made couple of shagging clips everyone (well, most) people do but the wicked CEO’s also as wicked lawyers will be making him out to a) be able to have lots of sex because of the case and b) a pervert?
 
Well my letter from Luigi Squiggle had better be asking for better pics than that.

It will have been decided between him and his lawyer who to respond to (and how) for this to be shared on social media anyway.

That shouldn’t be enough to get charged with the shooting as a federal crime. He has definitely committed federal crimes involving travelling to commit the shooting and crossing state lines in his escape but they aren’t capital crimes. I don’t fully understand this stuff but I suspect it could be based on the Making Things Up As You Go Along statute.

Apparently 'using a firearm to commit murder' is one of the federal charges.

Murder itself is the federal crime, and the crossing of the state lines gives the federal government enough jurisdiction to get involved.
 
Are the choices "spend the rest of your life in prison" and "DIE"? Because neither sound great.
