And Just Like That... (Sex & The City revival) (1 Viewer)

Samantha really needs to come back and read all these bitches they’re making terrible decisions without her!

“First he’s refusing to enter your apartment, what next, refusing to enter your VAGINA? Honey you need to get rid!”
Why can I hear this in her VOICE

I am AGOG

That latest episode was one of the worst 40 odd minutes of television I have seen. The Stanford arc, that weird lingering on Carrie drinking her cocktail (was it dribbling down her chin?), just every little thing about Charlotte and, of course, Che (just when you thought it was OK to come out of the comedy club cloakroom)

Although my heart did break a little bit for Miranda

Oh and also, PISS OFF to the pit of hell that is Lily - judgey little cunt. Good for Charlotte for getting drunk and yelling at them.

Nya's Loewe sweater was the high point of the entire episode

Why is Aidan permanently half asleep? And don't get me started on his cry acting - did somebody just tell him S3 had been green-lit?

I am in awe of all of you soldering on but equally concerned for your emotional well-being.

Oh I quite liked it as an episode. Maybe I’ve just subjected myself to so much shite it’s all becoming good.

I’ve never known a show like it, I can’t even comprehend the wickedness that is coming our way next week.

Carrie’s going to invite Samantha to the dinner because she has a spare seat for Aiden who refuses to enter the apartment, then Aiden will triumphantly show up and that’s when Carrie disinvites Samantha to dinner, we then get a scene of Samantha in the back of a limo just saying “THAT COCKSUCKER!” and the series ends.

Also how is the Michelin star chef cooking a dinner for 16 people in THAT KITCHEN? Does the oven even work? I thought she stored her sweaters in it?

I must have missed that bit? Was it when Elizabeth Duke was in the flat?

Oh she does that in the original series, but it’s established the first time she ever used the kitchen was that gripping ‘Carrie cooks an egg’ storyline from an earlier episode.

Also, why was Sam Smith there? Presumably they thought ‘Vulgar’ would be challenging for Billboard #1 right about now and it would be good promotion.

Keep the SAMANTHA FAN FIC coming! It’s better than AJLT!

Just imagine if Aiden had sat at the front and was asked if he was looking for some non-binary DICK or PUSSY?

Aidan has been completely unbearable - Carrie could have have had a much more interesting arc without bringing him back.

You just know when Carrie was hearing Aiden cry all she was thinking about was her last super not being cancelled.

"... and just like that I was worried about someone else other than myself" should have been the tag.

Also, that was Shady-As's best set yet. A not bad 6/10. Miranda was a tad ridiculous, which is unthinkable for this show I know.

I’m not sure it was supposed to come across quite so obviously that the only reason she was worried was not because Aidan’s child is injured but because said injured child is threatening to fuck her whole plan to move in with Aidan?

This episode was absolutely OFF THE WALL even by AJLT standards. I went in as a left-leaning non-binary person myself, and emerged a transphobic pro-life conservative.

Still proper buzzing at Pauline Quirke popping up as Yazz, but playing a Sam Smith. To think it took me a few days to get around to watching. Was more excited than when I lived on the doorstep of one of the famous drama schools. That one just can't stay away from The Arts.
