Whilst a close-up of the Queen Of Pop is always appreciated, was this some kind of reissue? I much prefer the original iconic version with the blue and pink motif.

I don't think I've heard any of those three, but I am interested in hearing Picking Up The Pieces, since its the sequel to Pieces of You (I think?)

It felt like ‘Spirit’ was going to be the breakthrough here, she got a bit of a push with that and toured here for the first (and only) time I think. I’m not sure why both she and Fiona Apple didn’t quite break big here, they were pretty much seen as in the lineage of Tori Amos and both felt better known than their chart stats indicate.

I thought this was the Stand single artwork? But maybe it was used as a promo album cover as well?
 
I remember buying what I thought was an import off eBay just so I could get the original cover :D It turned out to be a promo copy that was NOT FOR RESALE :evil:

omg, I genuinely thought it was called that because the album campaign was supposed to cover from the last quarter of 2003 until the first two quarters of 2004 but then found it SO ODD how suddenly they stopped the whole thing after Stand flopped, it's like they were already manifesting something.

I recall seeing the 2 Become 1 CD single as the third release off it at some stores but it didn't even have a video and I doubt it was ever sent to radio in the first place halting the campaign just at the tail end of 2003; so reading the album title every time I thought "oh, what it could have been" :( :D
