I think the last minute and the very interactive camera work does quite a lot to defuse the sense of this. He's clearly present in the arena.

I don’t dislike Revolution as a song, to be fair, but it sounds like it could easily have been his follow up single to Heroes and feels a bit dated.

I’m also annoyed at the third successive foregone conclusion winner in a row. Next year we need another Cornelia-style organic victory.
