I will occasionally indulge in a bowl of cornflakes for a late night snack too. Overly sweetened cereals make me gag however. I used to love Sugar Puffs as a kid though.
Cereal is definitely a diet staple. I can lose weight very quickly if I have cereal for a few days instead of an evening meal. Most milk substitutes are loaded with vitamins and iron and are low in fat, calories and, surprisingly, sugars.

I've recently discovered that oat milk (unsweetened) + black coffee is HEAVENLY, like, miles better than almond milk. I've also tried it with my whey protein powder and it's lush.
