DILMA-MEETS-SPICEY WATCH:

We booked the SAME TIME SLOT with mah boii yesterday, but the dumbass decided to give priority to ME rather than the woman who was once an elected head of state smfh! (His dog died and we had to chat. :()

I have discovered that Dilma swings by to tidy up that mess every other week and is accompanied by only one bodyguard. I am determined to have a glass of wine with her and discuss the above photo (and that whole ERA tbh, cos it's the definition of iconic). Will probably save the impeachment chat for if/when we actually become mates, eh!

Sorry, I should have prefaced by saying that this was a continuation of my prior post about finding out that Dilma Rousseff goes to MY HAIRDRESSER (/good friend, but I see him a lot less nowadays as he's just opened his own salon for the likes of Ms. Rousseff to frequent). He's ten mins down the road from me.

Anyway, DILMA MET SPICEY!!!

I was on my way to help a friend find a Halloween outfit when I got sent a video of Ms. Rousseff reading her tablet on the hairdresser's chair so I promptly cancelled on poor friend, beelined back to my apartment, changed into a MUCH TIGHTER tee, sprayed on some EAU DE TOILETTE, and waltzed over to the salon. (My 'basic ho' strategy worked a charm as Dilma repeatedly referred to me as 'beautiful' which is actually a word I find pretty triggering but we'll let it slide cos :disco:)

I arrived pretty much at the end of her sesh while she was getting blowdried, but we still managed to touch upon: my admiration for Marxist revolutionaries, the historical absence of the aforementioned in British politics, Brazil's military dictatorship and THAT PIC (although she didn't really seem to understand what I meant when I called it 'badass' :(), the filmography of GLAUBER ROCHA (:disco:), the lunacy of Javier Milei, and my friend's recently-deceased dog (:(). Oh, and Javier Milei's dogs. She's a dog person, so therefore a me person.

Ms. Rousseff was absolutely lovely to chat to though her English isn't especially fluent and my Spanish (which she talks to my mate in) is ATROZ so things got a bit lost in translation sometimes. Which actually worked to my advantage, because this was the introductory exchange:

FRIEND: This is my good friend [old spice], he's a big fan of yours!
DILMA: *big smile* Very nice!
ME: Well, I'm a fan of YOUNG you...

Legit first thing I said to her. 🤦 Though not inaccurate.

Avoided trying to get the lowdown on the likes of PUTIN and XI (both of whom she cavorts with frequently cos of BRICS) - she seemed far more intent on talking about MY HAIR than politics which is fair enough. Maybe next time, for I am now also on speaking terms with the PA and the bodyguard, so if ever I encounter her again hopefully I can just throw myself at her without issue! I got a hug and a kiss (and she stole my phone for an awkward length of time - I tried to take it out of her hands and gurl WOULD NOT LET GO) so I reckon I'm pretty much FAMILY now. 🎉
