The Apprentice 2025

They definitely imply sometimes that there are really only about 2 or 3 options to choose from as their 'themes'. E.g. Indian, Extreme, etc.. and then they claim the 'ideas' as their own.

I think we all missed out massively on seeing Malica's A Grade in GCSE Drama on screen. The producers should have done everything they could to get Amber-Rose to make Malica do the acting.

Is it just me or are they far worse at doing the fake acting when they get a ‘surprise’ phone call or knock on the door than they used to be?

I’m actually really enjoying the addition of Lord Sugar and grandson slagging them off from their armchairs 😂

Max is fucked here - no doubt Dean will get away with it again even though he’s clearly not fought very hard to be on the selling team and that’s exactly why most of the contestants get fired (for stepping back). But Max will get the full blame.

The other team have clearly chosen the better items to sell which is the key to the task.

God Liam has done well to make it this far as he’s completely and utterly inarticulate.

The Essex boys ALWAYS think they’re amazing salesmen. But most of the time they’re just rubbish.

I really hope Max is able to pin this on Dean who has been useless week in week out.

Max was a crap PM this week, and on that alone, I can't really have an issue with him going. But this was the first week he's been weak. Dean has been rubbish or poor for weeks now as PM and otherwise and still is being chance after chance.

As I feared a few weeks back, Max has gone pretty much because Sugar prefers working with people like Dean.

Max wanted to open a padel centre with the investment, and stated that Sugar was more interested in the others who had existing businesses he could invest in. He said by this stage there was boardroom chat about business plans and how exciting they were, but that this was cut from the show.

I haven’t really watched this season and don’t think I can be bothered catching up. :(

You know exactly what you're getting and won't miss anything.

@Rita, I just wouldn't bother if I was you.

@jyxz, in your position I'd pick it up again, but wouldn't catch up on the two I've missed.

This would be a welcome change to the format for the show to show them discussing their business plans prior to the interview stage. It would probably make more sense with some of the rogue firings and keeping some of them around.

It does just make a mockery of the process, tasks and the firings though, if they are discussing business plans, yet editing out the discussion despite the fact the discussion may well be influencing who goes home.

Plus wasn't it only last week in the boardroom that one of the women mentioned her business plan, and Sugar stated he wasn't interested in them yet?

Still, it's a meticulously produced game show, so what do I expect?

Well that episode entertained me more than any this season. Appallingly entertaining with so many questions I don't know where to start.

Chisola for the win, obviously

I was honestly shocked at the firing of Mia mainly because she had been getting a potential winner edit.

I am team Chisola too. I think it’s her and Jordan for the final two now. He got a great edit last night.

He did get a great edit, considering what he did was retcon Mia's loss creating idea to fit his story.

The thing that would concern me with Jordan is that video @Star posted a couple of weeks ago of him complaining about the edit. I fully expected him to depart the next week, not be moving to the interviews as a potential favourite.

Yeah I was shocked that Mia went on the basis of that one task alone - I'd have kept Anisa and Mia.

How did Jordan get praise for that story at the end? It was a load of bollocks - *stands in bland work suit* 'I used to be restricted but now I'm free as a bird'.

Liam was a whiny little bitch but I loved watching him have to take part in the fashion show.

Dean is one of my least favourite final 5 contestants for many years. I can't stand him.

Chisola is the strongest of the remaining 5.

I thought Mia came across as a bit of a dick at her elimination though. 'No problem'... :D

I didn't realise that the last 5 seasons in a row have been won by women... and even season 13 was joint winners with one male and one female.

Last time there WASN'T a female winner was Season 11, eight years ago...!

It’s so weird that Claude doesn’t shake their hands - it’s rude and it’s not how employers really conduct interviews at all, everyone knows that. I know it’s pantomime but it’s just OTT.

It was pretty obvious who the final 2 were gonna be by about half way through that episode - it was clear that the advisors were all basically saying the other 3 businesses were shit.

Very unrootable final 2. Anisa has annoyed me from Day 1 and Dean started getting on my tits by episode 3.

I think Dean is gonna win this easily - they are very due a male winner and Anisa just doesn’t seem like the sort of person Old Al would wanna put any money towards, to me.

I find Anisa annoying too, the editing doesn't help I'm sure but there was too much eye rolling going on! I think Dean will win.

As soon as Chisola uttered the words 'my business is only a concept right now' at the start, my heart sank.

And yes, the two candidates I wanted in the final the least.

That said, I did begrudgingly admire how Dean dealt with the interviews. I guess at least he knew he already had a good business, if not necessarily a good plan, and managed to style it out (in a nasty suit).

Yeah his suit was vile.

I think when Anisa put forward to be project manager in all of the first 4 weeks I just thought SHUT UP.

Not a new thing for The Apprentice but these businesses are so small fry with no USP

I’m sure there’s plenty of one man Aircon engineers around the country making similar money and the same for Pizza; there’s dark kitchens everywhere knocking out similar.

Is it usual for Lord Sugar not to say a single word to the losing candidate after hiring the winner? I was surprised he didn’t say commiserations or suchlike to Anisa.

That was the most obvious result for a long time - I think the 6 female winners in a row forced Mia out in 6th place and for him to ultimately be choosing between Dean and Jordan really - once Jordan was out, it was obviously Dean’s win.

Highlight of the episode was obviously seeing Nadia’s GCSE drama performance finally. What we’d all been waiting for.
