The Traitors (UK) S02E03

what an episode.

That physic - 'something happened in your childhood, that MADE you the way you are TODAY!' No shit sherlock.

I don't think I would have had the balls to vote Ash like Harry and Paul did so early on, they are good Traitors so far.

I just can't with Brian :o

To be honest, I'm not sure it's actually good game play though. How does it help you to take one of your own out and reduce your numbers? (Obviously they may replace her, but that doesn't particularly help them either).

Because they're going after an actual Traitor this early in the game and when there was a perfectly viable Faithful they could have gone after instead. If Ash goes on Wednesday, they'll be part of the small group who brought her down and basically rule themselves out as suspects. It's exactly what I'd have done, to be fair (which makes me feel like a bit of a sociopath but still...)

It does seem a bit of a dice roll with the votes being so close. I really hope she stays just to see the fallout. Even if she does go it's hardly going to instill any confidence in Miles that they will be loyal to him.

I think there's things we haven't seen as well. People have been talking about how "nervous" Ash seems which I'm not seeing myself through the TV, but is obviously a factor. Maybe they just want rid. Maybe they're also assuming she'll be replaced at some point - one of the downsides to having a series already aired that some of the uncertainty is removed.

I keep seeing her nervous, usually around that psychic, which is quite fair really :D She seems like she may be overtrying, chatting around for the sake of it, she is saying she is 'just like that', but its obviously coming across as potentially 'desperate' rather than just getting to know people genuinely

If we didn't know Brian was a faithful, I was thinking around the table he looks like he was acting, apart from the end bit which seemed like a proper nervous type twitch :o

Well that has been three smashing episodes of TV.

Diane Is a QUEEN, Paul is that annoying guy but who is bloody good at what his task is, and the rest are Merly levels of entertainly bad game players. Except Charlotte who is a Queen and clearly much smarter than the rest.

Am I the only one who gets gay vibes from Harry?

I hope Ash survives only for the first traitors meet up after and it’ll be interesting to see if she goes after those two within the group knowing her days are numbered.

This is the first traitors I’ve watched as it’s aired. I much prefer binge watching but am too frightened of Twitter spoilers to do it this time.

Ash seems to be the type who would fall for the psychic when somebody really should just tell it’s a load of shite.

I thought Ash looked very nervous from the start, when she took off the blindfold.

If she stays, I hope her and Miles plot against the other two. We haven’t seen two groups within the traitors before as they’re normally only three at most.

This is also the first time watching it in real time.

You know as WRONG Meryl was about everything last year, it bloody worked and she won. Maybe it was all a ruse.

Four weeks, three episodes a week. And doing the maths that means I'm going to be away for the final which is devastating.

Same! I am going to have to have a few nights in with iplayer I think!

Favourites. Brian has been objectively shit at the game but delivered some quality content in the last episode.
Yeah I have a soft spot for Brian too. Dian(n)e has too much of a target on her I think (unless she is recruited further down the line).

Totally thought Harry would have had a meltdown by now after he was first picked, but he seems pretty stable so far.

I'm not getting the Diane is a QUEEN vibes at all. Yes she's a middle aged stoic woman with poker straight hair and an accent, but the way she's personally come after Anthony (for something he did BEFORE the traitors were even picked) is straight up nasty. Good on Anthony for fighting back against it. She seems like the sort of school teacher who would pick her favourites and give up on those who went against her grain slightly.

I also hated the way she came at Ross when he indicated he wasn't going to go for Anthony just because she wanted him to (but admittedly we didn't know she was coming down on him as HIS ACTUAL MOTHER at that point :D).

I will give her credit and the camp delivery of ".... But ROSS is" is the moment of both series, I literally jumped to the edge of my seat! I had expected her to say that she and Paul were going to trick the others and let them continue thinking they were nother and son, so it was a PROPER blindside moment.

Diane is top drawer entertainment but I agree I'm not such I actually like her very much. The Anthony stuff really left a sour taste, especially the following morning when he tried to make amends (not that he even needed to!) and she just stared daggers at him.

There’s something malicious about her (those eyes!) but it’s why it’s a bit thrilling in the context of the game.

Oh yes, I don’t think I’d want to have a wine with her, but she’s great for the show

Did no one else find Brian’s nervous breakdown quite SEXY!?

I have this fantasy where we’re having a dinner party together, and he completely FREAKS OUT because I’ve bought the wrong crisps, and he’s sobbing while plating up the snacks (dropping them EVERYWHERE, and screaming “YOU’VE RUINED IT”) and basically I have like 10 minutes to calm him down and suck him off before the guests arrive.

The fact the woman has ONE FACE and it’s ALWAYS THIS.

apparently he's going out with the sister of Connor and Jack Hayward, who is a 'YouTuber' herself and has presented on CBBC.
