The most likely thing to happen (if something were to happen) is Eden Golan shouting "Free the Hostages" at the end of her performance. And if a SCARF is a rule break, then that would be too, and they'd need to take action.

They've almost certainly war gamed that scenario (and a bunch of Palestinian flag/Ceasefire Now etc scenarios too) and I assume they'd just have Martin Osterdahl announce that a country is disqualified and their votes will be refunded.
